My name is Helen Bibby, I am the Owner and Supervisor
of Kingsmen Boarding Kennels, Cattery and Grooming
Parlour. We have been here for almost thirteen
years and previously I was a Qualified Veterinary
Nurse working in various Small Animal Practices.
I have also owned, bred, shown and judged German Shepherd
Dogs for over twenty years. Due to my background
we tend to specialise in the larger and more difficult
breeds and often have people travel great distances
to leave their dogs with us. However, we endeavor
to make your animal's stay with us a pleasurable one,
whatever shape, breed or size they are.
Our Boarding Kennels are
individual kennels with an exercise area from each
one. We also have very large exercise pens
for more exuberant or large dogs where they can
run around and play easily. We have some bigger
kennels to house two or three dogs together, so
long as they are from the same home!
You are welcome to bring
your own dog's food along if he needs to likes a
special diet. Alternatively, we stock a wide
range of foods both dried complete and fresh meats.
We specalise in caring
for elderly, frail or animals under medication.
With my Veterinary background and my Veterinary
Surgeon on 24 hr call only 5 miles away, you can
rest assured that your animal is in good care.
We have a grooming parlour
where we can trim, clip, groom and bathe your dog
while you are away.
Our aim is your dog has
an enjoyable time while here and the best way to
ensure this in my opinion is to LIKE the dogs.
Our Staff first and foremost must be great with
animal lovers.
The
dogs always know!!!
